The location is strategic: only 9 km from the sea at Agnone Bagni, 30 km from Piazza Duomo in Catania (the nearest airport), and 46 km from Syracuse. The villa offers an outdoor garden pool open until September, free private parking, Wi-Fi connection, garden view, and a furnished terrace where you can relax during your holidays. Inside, there are two bedrooms: a double room with air conditioning and a triple room with a single bed and a bunk bed, a living room with flat-screen TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, and two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub. For greater privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.
